What we collect

Account data: email address, password hash or sign-in through Google, Apple or GitHub, an optional display name, language, and sign-in times.

Survey eligibility, only if you choose to take surveys: date of birth, gender, country, optional postal code, and a record of your consent. We may pass a technical identifier, approximate network information and your browser type to the survey provider so they can match offers and reduce fraud.

Usage data: Credit ledger entries, survey start and completion events, AI conversations and image prompts you submit, uploaded reference images, generated images, model choice, and basic device or log data needed to keep the service secure.

If analytics is enabled, a measurement tag may record page views. It is configured only when a measurement ID is set for the deployment.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, show the interface in your language, award and spend Credits, run surveys and AI requests you start, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and meet legal duties.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Credits or survey answers as a way to pay you money.

Who else may receive it

Infrastructure and auth: hosting and database providers that run getcredits.ai.

Sign-in providers you choose (Google, Apple or GitHub).

Survey providers, after you see the in-product disclosure and consent, so they can offer and score surveys.

AI model providers, so they can return chat or image results for a request you make.

These parties process data under their own terms. We send only what the feature needs.

Retention

We keep account, ledger and conversation data while the account is open and for a limited period afterwards if we must resolve abuse, accounting or a legal request. You may ask us to close the account. Some financial and security records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can access and update the display name in Settings, change language, and stop using surveys or AI at any time. You may request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@getcredits.ai from the address on the account. We will say if we cannot delete a record because the law requires us to keep it.

Where a data-protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, you can exercise them through that same address. You may also complain to a supervisory authority if one applies to you.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

International processing

Providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use them because the product cannot run without hosting, auth, surveys or models.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. The revised policy applies to later use of the service.
