The service

getcredits.ai lets adults answer short market-research surveys, receive Credits, and spend those Credits on AI chat and image generation. There is no subscription and no requirement to store a payment card.

The service may change, pause or end features at any time. We try to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. If a survey provider or local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies to surveys.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in details confidential. Do not share your account.

Credits

Credits are a unit of capacity for running AI on getcredits.ai. They are not money, not a cryptocurrency, and not a stored-value instrument. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or any other value.

Credits are added when a survey completion is confirmed, and deducted when you use AI. Amounts may be reserved before a request and settled afterwards from actual usage. Failed or refused AI requests that never produce a chargeable result do not keep the reserved Credits.

Unused Credits have no cash value if your account is closed or the service ends. We may reverse Credits that were granted in error, through abuse, or after a survey provider later invalidates a completion.

Surveys

Surveys are supplied by independent research providers. Completing a survey is optional. Offers, length, eligibility and whether a completion is later reversed are decided by those providers, not solely by getcredits.ai.

Before you start, we tell you that some of your details will be sent to the survey provider so they can match a survey and prevent fraud. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to the survey itself.

Do not provide false eligibility information or complete surveys by automated means.

AI features

Chat and image tools are provided through third-party model providers. Output may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for how you use it. Do not rely on it as professional advice.

You must not use the service to generate or request illegal content, sexual content involving minors, malware, or content that clearly aims to harm others. We may refuse or remove material that we reasonably believe violates this rule.

Prompts, uploads and generated files may be processed by model providers to fulfil your request, subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload or disrupt the service; bypass limits; impersonate others; or use the service to send spam. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are abusing Credits, surveys or AI access.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you already have in prompts, uploads and other material you submit. You grant the operator of getcredits.ai a limited licence to host, process and display that material as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to survey and AI providers when you use those features.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of getcredits.ai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that surveys, Credits or AI output will meet your expectations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of getcredits.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of Credits, data or opportunity, arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the value of Credits you spent in the three months before the claim, except in cases of death, personal injury or other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to ongoing use.
